When staying at home becomes an important issue

Aging-at-home support for an elderly parent

For some people and their loved ones, managing bills, services and maintenance becomes a source of stress and concern. La Griffe Résidentielle offers structured, secure and respectful support to help your loved one remain at home, for as long as possible, with dignity.

Typical situations where we step in

Every mandate is different, but certain realities come up often.

A loved one lives alone or is ill, and managing everything has become overwhelming

Forgotten bills, expired contracts, suppliers to call back, neglected maintenance, lack of follow-up

You live far away and cannot handle daily follow-ups

Impossible to be there for every detail: loss of control, insecurity, constant concern

Files pile up and you lose track

Insurance to renew, snow removal contract to follow up on, appointments to coordinate – everything piles up

We take over! On site or remotely, we act as an administrative intermediary between the family, suppliers and the different stakeholders. With clarity, diligence and humanity, we make sure everything is followed up, organized and documented.

Lighten your daily life — breathe and take a step back.

We look after the essentials, with discretion and care.

Is it secure?

Yes: clear mandate, written authorizations, and traceable follow-ups. A loved one or professional can be involved when needed.

Who pays the bills?

Two options: assisted payment (the client/authorized person pays) or delegated payment (an option governed by authorizations).

Can I stop the service?
